Blog System Development Using Lotus Notes Client

Generally, Blog systems are used with web browsers as well as in a Lotus Notes® /Domino® environment. However, this paper explains an approach to the introduction of a Blog system using Lotus Notes client and its practical implementation. In addition to comparing the pros and cons of a web browser and Lotus Notes client, it is shown that Lotus Notes client is the best way of using Blog systems in a Lotus Notes/Domino environment. The implementation method outlined in this paper was actually applied to IBM internal technical community operation and its usefulness was verified.
