この文書の目的

IBM WebSphere Portal/Workplace 製品のサポート・ガイドラインとして、「バージョンの定義」「サポート提供期間の方針」をご案内いたします。

このガイドラインは、IBM WebSphere Portal/Workplace 製品をご利用いただいておりますお客様に、製品のメンテナンス及びサポート提供期間の考えを明確にし、お客様の製品の導入計画やメンテナンス計画にお役立ていただくために設定いたしました。

※	サポート対象となる製品が稼動する OS がサポート終了となった場合の製品サポートについては、問題解析の結果 OS のバージョンアップにより問題解決されることが見込める場合、OS のバージョンアップだけでなく、製品のバージョンアップを要請する場合があります。
※	サポート終了の日付が記載されていない製品につきましては、サポート終了日が決定次第、事前にお知らせいたします。

WebSphere Portal に同梱されているIBM製品のサポートサービスについて
WebSphere Portal Serverのメディアパックに同梱されている、WebSphere Portal Server以外のIBM製品については、当該WebSphere Portal Serverのサポートサービス終了までサポートサービスが提供されます。
しかしながら、同梱されているIBM製品が製品単体ではサポートサービスが終了している場合、問題の調査を行う際に、フィックスパックで修正済みの問題との判別を行うために、最新のフィックスパックを適用して頂く必要がございます。最新のフィックスパック適用後にも問題が再現する場合には、新規の問題として調査いたします。
