すべての Lotus Forms サーバー・コンポーネントは、フォームのサインのための暗号ライブラリーが必要です。ライブラリーには、(Windows に組み込まれた) Windows プラットフォーム上でのみ使用可能な CryptoAPI、Mozilla が作成し、Mozilla の Web サイトからダウンロード、または Mozilla Firefox に含まれるバージョンを使用する必要がある cross platform signature engine (Windows プラットフォーム以外では、signature solution のみ現在は利用可能) の NSS が含まれます。
i5/OS は NSS ライブラリーをサポートしません。その結果、PKI signature および Authenticated Clickwrap signature の認証は Java 暗号エンジンを使用する場合にのみサポートされます。Java 暗号エンジンの i5/OS への導入方法については Lotus Forms の資料をご参照ください。
